Delete your online guest

This page is the deletion-request resource for the Waraq-Khana card-game app on iOS and Android. You can delete from the app immediately or email us if the app is no longer installed.

Delete inside the app

This is the fastest path and completes the live-account deletion immediately.

Open Waraq-Khana and enter the main game menu.
Open the Guest profile in the top bar.
Choose Delete online guest and data.
Read the warning and confirm Delete online guest.

Request deletion by email

If you uninstalled the app or cannot open it, email:

Include your generated online guest name if you remember it, your platform, and approximately when you last played. This helps distinguish anonymous guest accounts.

What deletion removes

The online Nakama guest account and its generated online name.
The account's device-authentication mapping and active server sessions.
Hosted private-party records and account-owned server storage, including rate-limit counters.
Other associated live server data. Temporary active-match memory disappears when that match terminates.

Your separate offline guest profile exists only on your device and is not part of the server account. Remove it separately with Forget local guest before uninstalling, or clear the app's local data.

Never email a password, access token, refresh token, installation credential, party code, local guest ID, or cards from a private hand. We do not need those secrets to accept a deletion request. We may reply for limited, non-secret details if multiple anonymous accounts look alike.

Timing and limited retention

In-app deletion removes the live online account immediately after the server confirms the request. Email requests are acknowledged and processed after safe account identification, normally within 30 days. Request correspondence is used only to process the request and is retained for no more than 30 days after completion.

Encrypted disaster-recovery backups can contain an older copy for up to 14 days before automatic expiration. They are not used for ordinary play or marketing. If a recovery restore is required during that period, completed deletion requests must be reapplied before the service returns to players.
